The Villa

Sits on the edge of a village, this is a villa with one level, it is a detached house with its own swimming pool. It is at the end of a quiet road which then leads onto the long drive with views on either side of the road.

The entry to the villa gives you access to all the rooms, so you have the lounge and dining room, with large sofas and armchairs, a wood fire place, TV, dining table and chairs, sliding patio doors with electric shutters. All the rooms have been fitted with French windows and lead onto the terraces at the front and back of the villa.

Fitted kitchen has all the modern conveniences as well as a dining area with enough seating for 6 people.

All the bedrooms have double beds, bedroom 1 has both a double and single bed and bedroom 3 and 4 have their own sink. Bedroom 4 has 2 singles and a fold out bed.

Bathroom includes the bath, sink, and shower with a separate toilet.

There are stairs but these lead to the garage underneath that house, a utility room has been fitted with a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment.

Outdoor

The gardens are completely private and enclosed to ensure that privacy is maintained. Incorporated into this lovely home is the pool with its deck area great for sun bathing. The pool area is alarmed and has a security cover for safety when not using the pool. There is another terrace which is on both sides of the villa and outdoor furniture has been provided for outdoor barbeque and dining.
