If you are travelling by plane and your coming from the UK, there are regular flights from Stansted Airport, Liverpool and Nottingham. Flybe airlines have regular flights from Southampton to Limoges International Airport.

By Ferry or the Channel Tunnel

A number of ways to come to France and bring along a vehicle, you can use the Dover to Calais ferry, Portsmouth to Le Havre or right in the middle of the south coast Newhaven to Dieppe via the SeaCat, a high speed ferry service. Another way is to come through the tunnel on the train from Folkestone to Calais.
