The Rates

A non-refundable deposit is to be paid at the time of booking and the outstanding balance to be paid 3 weeks before the arriving date.

At the time a deposit has been received we will send confirmation receipt along with the amount outstanding and a guide to the area, and directions from the airport if required.

All payments are to be paid out in Euros.

Security deposit of 100EUR also to be made to ensure no loss of keys or damage to the property, unlike the deposit this is a refundable fee
